The Carbon Titanium Ring

 1. Forged Carbon Shell
Ultra light and super strong, we make our forged carbon in-house to ensure we get the striking marbled pattern we're known for.

The titanium's vibrant colors don't come from dyes or pigments. Instead, they're the natural color titanium takes on when we oxidize it in a controlled environment.

Pairing a Forged Carbon exterior with an interior of anodized, grade 5 titanium, the Carbon Titanium ring is made entirely in our Brooklyn workshop—including making all our Forged Carbon in-house, anodizing the titanium ourselves, and carefully hand polishing.

How We Make It

Step 1: Make Our Signature Forged Carbon

We make our forged carbon in-house. Our proprietary method gives our material the beautiful marbling we're famous for. 

Step 2: Cut Parts

We cut each ring's parts to order on a lathe, then measure them together to ensure a perfect fit. 

Step 3: Anodize

No dyes are used in our anodized titanium. Instead, the color comes from the oxidization process, which we achieve by running an electrical current through the titanium.

Step 4: Assemble the Ring 

The parts are cleaned and adheared together. We then let the piece cure for 24 hours.

Step 5: Hand Polish to Perfection

Polishing by hand allows us to give each ring a luxuriously soft feel.

What is forged carbon fiber?
Originally developed by Lamborghini for use in the highest tier of its luxury sports cars, Forged Carbon Fiber marries Carbon Fiber with resin and “forges” the two under heat and pressure to create a material that boasts carbon fiber’s incredible strength and lightness but with a beautiful marbling pattern, rather than the woven pattern carbon fiber is typically associated with. We make our Forged Carbon in-house with a proprietary method we developed and have perfected over the past seven years. 
How long will my ring take to ship?
Most orders ship within three business days. However, because each ring is made to order, during busy times it can take up to ten business days to ship. If you have a special event coming up and need your ring sooner, just give us a call or send us an email and let us know. We'll do everything we can to get it to you in time.
How durable is it?
We carefully handcraft each ring we make to last a lifetime, and we stand behind our products unconditionally. If a problem should ever arise with the quality of your ring, we will be happy to replace it.
How do I find my ring size?
Don't know your size? No problem. Just wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your finger, measure it with a ruler, and use our handy size chart to find our size. All of our rings are sized in standard American sizes. 

Because we give our rings a more pronounced comfort fit on the interior to make them more comfortable and less likely to ever get stuck, if you are between sizes, we recommend rounding down.

Handcrafted in Brooklyn

All of our rings are made entirely in New York. We have our gold rings cast in Manhattan's famous jewelry district, then we hand-finish them at our Brooklyn shop. All our other rings are made entirely in our Brooklyn workshop. We even make some of our raw materials—including our forged carbon fiber and our glow material stock—in-house at our shop to ensure the highest quality.
