Exchanges and Returns

 For all non-customized rings (except glow, please see below), if it doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange it for the right size any time within 60 days from the time your ring was shipped, all size exchanges after 60 days include a $35 fee. And if you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, we're happy to return it, no questions asked, any time within 60 days.

Please note that due to some recent major changes in our shop, we cannot currently offer any rings in our Glow Collection, including for size exchanges.

For all customized and Guest Designer rings, we'll be happy to exchange within 15 days of delivery for any problems caused due to manufacturing. Size exchanges can be made at anytime and will be charged a 10% fee of the original cost of the ring. Refunds can be issued within 60 days of delivery and will be charged a 10% fee of the original cost of the ring. 

Exchanges

Please note that due to some recent major changes in our shop, we cannot currently offer any rings in our Glow Collection, including for size exchanges. If your ring was shipped within the past 60 days we can offer you an exchange for another ring on our site of equal or lesser value, or a full refund, but we cannot replace or exchange glow rings for any reason at this time. We hope to have our Glow Collection available again soon, but we do not currently have a timeline for that.

Please note that all size exchanges within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a free size exchange (except Glow), after 60 days a $35 fee will be included for each size exchange.

If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, please send us a note at support@carbon6rings.com and let us know your order number (or just the name your order was placed under) and what size you need. Then just pop the one that doesn't fit in a padded envelope with a note including your name, order number, and a quick sentence noting that this is an exchange, and mail it to:

Please email us at support@carbon6rings.com with the tracking number for the package you sent back, as well as what size you would like to exchange your ring for.

Your new size will be shipped out within two weeks. (Most are shipped out within 2–3 days, but since all of our rings are hand-made, if we happen to be out of a particular size, that can sometimes take a little longer.)

***Unfortunately, we can no longer offer Damascus Steel or Glow Rings. We are happy to replace all Damascus Steel or Glow Ring exchanges with another ring on our site of equal or lesser value. We are sorry for the inconvenience.*** 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your ring for any reason, we'll be happy to send you a full refund any time within 60 days (excluding custom rings). Please just send us a note at support@carbon6rings.com saying you would like a refund, then ship your ring back to us at the address below with a note including your name, order number, and stating that you'd like a refund. And while it's not necessary, if you wouldn't mind telling us the reason you'd like the refund, that would help us know what we need to improve.
