Exchanges and Returns
At Carbon6, we guarantee every product we sell, 100%.
For all non-customized rings, if it doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange it for the right size any time within 60 days from the time your ring was shipped. And if you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, we're happy to return it, no questions asked, any time within 60 days.
For customized rings, we'll be happy to exchange or return for any reason within 15 days of delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, please send us a note at support@carbon6rings.com and let us know your order number (or just the name your order was placed under) and what size you need. Then just pop the one that doesn't fit in a padded envelope with a note including your name, order number, and a quick sentence noting that this is an exchange, and mail it to:

Please email us at support@carbon6rings.com with the tracking number for the package you sent back, as well as what size you would like to exchange your ring for.
Your new size will be shipped out within two weeks. (Most are shipped out within 2–3 days, but since all of our rings are hand-made, if we happen to be out of a particular size, that can sometimes take a little longer.)
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your ring for any reason, we'll be happy to send you a full refund any time within 60 days. Please just send us a note at support@carbon6rings.com saying you would like a refund, then ship your ring back to us at the address below with a note including your name, order number, and stating that you'd like a refund. And while it's not necessary, if you wouldn't mind telling us the reason you'd like the refund, that would help us know what we need to improve.
